To bring order and understanding to your mind, you must have an image to work with. Since your mind is the unseen part of your personality, you must engage your imagination to build this image. This can be accomplished with ... My Stick person friend!


My stick person friend, like all other ideas presented when we work together, is extremely simple. Do not allow the apparent simplicity to deceive you, for the stick person concept can reveal to you a wonderful world of power, possibility, and promise.

My work is built upon the premise that you have a power within you, that is far superior to any condition or circumstance around you. With FREE WILL, your thoughts direct this power to whatever results you choose in this lifetime. Although the difference in how you feel before we work together and how you feel over the next twelve months after we work together may be great, the change you will have to make could be small.

Part 1- Conscious Mind

This is the part of you that thinks and reasons. Your free will lies here.

This is where you are right now.

You want to lose that extra weight, you know why you want to lose it, and looking for help on learning something new.

The conscious mind can accept or reject any idea. No person or circumstance can cause you to think about thoughts or ideas you do not choose. The “thoughts” you choose eventually determine the results in your life. All your pain, pleasure, or limitation has either originated in the conscious mind or is accepted uncritically from an outside source.


As you accept a thought, it is impressed upon the second
part of your personality (see part 2).

Part 2- Subconscious Mind

This is where I work with you.

This part of you is certainly the most magnificent; it is the power center. It functions in every cell of your body. Every thought your conscious mind chooses to accept, this part must accept ... it has no ability to reject.

This part of you operates in an orderly manner. “By-Law,” expresses itself through you, in feelings and action.


Any thought you consciously choose to impress upon the subconscious over and over, becomes fixed in this part of your personality. Fixed ideas will then continue to express themselves without any conscious assistance until they are replaced. (Fixed ideas are more commonly referred to as habits.) The subconscious mind is the limitless part of you, often referred to as Spirit, Energy, and is your Higher Self. It knows no limits, except those you consciously choose.

Part 3- The Body

Although this is the most obvious part of you, the material medium, it is merely the instrument of the mind or the house you live in.


The thoughts or images that are consciously chosen, impressed upon the subconscious (which is in every cell of your body), must move your body into action. The actions you are involved in determine your results.

That means in order to create lasting change, it's as simple as transforming your...
No. 1 - Thoughts (Conscious),
No. 2 - Feelings (subconscious),
No. 3 - Action (Body),
No. 4 - Results (Transformations).

How Long Does it Take to Get Results?

That's a great question! Let me ask you... how far can a car last on a tank of gas? 

You probably say it depends on the car. Right?

This is the same thing. Everyone is different. Most people feel the start of the transformation after the first session.

Of course, you can! You already have been. It's easy to go into hypnosis and it's a normal state of mind everyone has already experienced.


Hypnosis is such a normal state of the mind, most people usually don't even realize that they are hypnotized.


Normal everyday hypnosis occurs when you are driving down the road and lose track of time when you are reading a book, or watching television and you don't even notice something that is going on around you.
