I help people who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck get their mind and body working in the same direction again. My work blends clinical training, hypnosis, nervous system regulation, and years of supporting people under stress.

I earned my doctorate in holistic health and I am the only doctorate-trained hypnotist in the Northborough area. I’m also completing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, which allows me to integrate evidence-based counseling principles with advanced hypnotic work.

I am a Certified Hypnosis Instructor with the ICBCH, a professional member of the National Guild of Hypnotists, and an author of four books — with my newest book, The Encyclopedia of Hypnosis, currently in development.
