I grew up on Hot dogs, pasta, and pizza. No one in my family exercised, so when I was on my own, do you think I had the right mindset on how to be healthy? Not even a little bit. Sure I read things, but I never made them part of my life because they were not part of my belief system. My understanding of weight was just a number on a scale. At my heaviest, I was 260 pounds and now I am at 195 pounds.
